Arthur Barker

Known for fusing blues, folk-rock and country music, Arthur Barker takes the stage every Friday evening from 8pm to 10pm on the patio of the Garden Terrace Lounge (weather permitting).

With a classic-contemporary approach to musical storytelling, Arthur gives his listeners a nostalgic excitement that connects audiences of all generations. Sous Chef Derick has been working on a special selection of desserts, featuring a mixture of bold new creations for the adventurous, traditional favourites to warm your heart, and chocolatey decadence to satisfy your darkest cravings.

Enjoy the Mango Coconut Cheesecake, Salted Caramel Dark Chocolate Mousse Cake, Warm Sticky Toffee Pudding, Orange-Infused White Chocolate Crème Brûlée, or Warm Apple Galette. As always, all our desserts are made in-house and with fresh, quality ingredients.

INTRODUCING OUR NEW EXECUTIVE CHEF – PRADEEP BATRA

Executive Chef Pradeep Batra

We're pleased to announce the appointment of Pradeep Batra as Executive Chef at the Sheraton Red Deer Hotel. Chef Batra has spent over 20 years in culinary management inspiring hotel guests and patrons throughout Canada, the US, and international markets with his culinary creativity and expertise.

While completing his Bachelor of Arts, Chef Batra's professional path began with learning the culinary fundamentals in India. From there he began his international journey of culinary passion that has seen Chef Batra work in Bahrain and the Sultanate of Oman before immigrating to Canada in 1994.

Chef Batra has made his mark on the culinary scene as an award-winning Executive Chef at multiple four and five star hotels over the past 10 years. As Chef Batra settles into his new home in Red Deer, he is excited to wow guests with his comprehensive knowledge of Canadian, Asian, Indian, Arabian, Mediterranean, and American cuisines!

Our Sunday brunch has something for everyone! Wake up early and spend Sunday morning enjoying our Sunday Breakfast Buffet or sleep in late and savour our Prime Rib Sunday Brunch.

Our Breakfast Buffet includes eggs benedict, an omelet station, bacon, sausage, hash browns, and waffles or pancakes.

Prime Rib Sunday Brunch
Prime Rib Brunch includes all of our Sunday Breakfast Buffet menu items along with carved prime rib and an ever-changing array of vegetable sides, potato sides, pasta dishes, and salads. Each week, our Executive Chef expertly prepares two meat dishes from the finest cuts of salmon, chicken, and pork. Top off your brunch with a sweet treat from the dessert bar.

With the change of season comes our new wine list. We are excited to showcase a selection of some of our favourite mainstays but also introduce some fantastic national and international wines.

From Italy, a glass of Ruffino Pinot Grigio Lumina is best served chilled, with its intense, clean notes of meadow flowers, pears, and pleasant hints of golden apple. On the other hand, if you would like festive full-bodied red with notes of clove, nutmeg, and cinnamon complemented by flavours of black currant and blackberry, try our Bridlewood Cabernet Sauvignon.
